The QBY series pneumatic diaphragm pump is a new type transferring machinery, is a newest pump at present in China. The power supply is adopt the air compression, to suck all kind of the corrosive liquid completely, such as liquid with granule, high-corrosive liquid, high viscosity, volatile, flammable, poisonous liquid. Its performance parameter is smiliar with WLLDEN PUMPS of Germany and MARIOW PUMPS of USA.
Our factory developed into a mass production, there are 8 type diameter: Φ10mm(3/8”), Φ15mm(1/2”), Φ25mm(1”), Φ40mm(1 1/2”), Φ50mm(2”), Φ65mm(2 1/2”, Φ80mm(3”), Φ100mm（4”）.It has 3 material: aluminium alloy, cast iron, stainless steel. The diaphragm pump will adopt NBR( nitrile rubber buna), neoprene latex, fluororubber, PTFE base on different liquid medium, to satisfy all customer.
This pump since its launch in 1986, has been use in petroleum,chemical,electricity, ceramic and textile company. It can be used for sucking the special material which can not be used by normal pump.

15.The max liquid available temperature 150℃.
